After creating your marketing plan, set a launch date for your product. It will be your grand debut in the consumer world and will determine the future of your venture. Setting the date will give you the push to move and be accountable for your action. This date should not be scheduled either much too soon or over a long period of time. Having it sooner will not give you enough time to prepare and on the other hand delaying it for a longer period will make you relax and complacent. The period before your launch should be spent for publicity, using all types of media available to you.
