The manager from a company you applied just called to inform you that you’re hired! You instantly called your friends to celebrate. But before you do that, here are some things to consider:
Job hunters should also assess if what they’re offering right for you. Wait for the written contract. The company should present to you the terms and conditions, employee benefits, compensation and your responsibilities.
Assess your personality. All offices have different culture, see if you can see yourself working and growing with the company. If you don’t feel comfortable working with the company, its better to decline the offer than regret it in the end. If everything feels right, go ahead open that bottle of champagne!
