JobScore.com is the newest addition to the world of job search engines. It’s job site that caters to both job seekers and employers.
What makes the difference?
JobScore uses a scoring system for the candidates using a 10 point scale. Employers can choose from criteria’s such as education or location. They match the needs of the employers to the profiles of the applicants and JobScore will then submit it to the “matching engine”.
JobScore also alleviates the stress of filling out online application forms. Applicants just need to sign in and upload their resumes. Job seekers can even block specific employers from accessing their profile. Email alerts will be sent out to job seekers once employers accesses their profile.
