Sal Iannuzzi, the Chairman and CEO of Monster.com , recently posted an online letter in response to the news that Monster has been a target of fraudulent activities. “Monster has formed a Security Task Force made up of senior management from the Monster organization. The task force is committed to developing infrastructure advances that will further enhance the security of our customers and services.”
Global monitoring of website activities, on-going anti-phising methods and creating awareness of phising and account security are some of the steps that monster.com has made.
Job seekers should practice internet safety tips and recognize scams and red flags when applying online. It’s better to be safe than sorry!
